User-friendly temperature control for medications
Living with diabetes means depending on temperature-sensitive medication, like insulin. When it’s too hot or too cold, it can cause problems. That’s where dotcool comes in. It measures if your medication is stored at the right temperature.
The dotmini device monitors the temperature, while the accompanying app provides reassurance about the medication’s safety. Dotcool protects medications from heatwaves, power outages and unintentionally left-open fridge doors.
User-research as core driver
The app’s foundation rested on user research, including the development of detailed personas, conducting insightful interviews, and repeated testing with real users. This approach drove design decisions and resulted in an app that precisely caters to user needs and preferences, ultimately ensuring a satisfying user experience.
